anndata.experimental.write_elem(f, k, elem, *args, modifiers=frozenset({}), **kwargs)

Write an element to a disk store using it’s anndata encoding.

Parameters

f : Union[Group, File, Group]

The store to write to.

k : str

The key to write for this value.

elem : Any

The element to write as k to f.
