Example with Namespace

This should work:

.. doxygenenumvalue:: foo::ns::A
   :project: namespace

It produces this output:

enumerator A

A documented enumeration constant.

Failing Example

This intentionally fails:

.. doxygenenumvalue:: made_up_enumvalue
   :project: restypedef

It produces the following warning message:
