You can override default Denky D4 (PICO-V3-02) settings per build environment using
board_*** option, where *** is a JSON object path from
board manifest denky_d4.json. For example,
board_build.mcu, board_build.f_cpu, etc.

Denky D4 (PICO-V3-02) supports the following uploading protocols:

Default protocol is esptool
You can change upload protocol using upload_protocol option:

Debugging currently does not support Denky D4 (PICO-V3-02) board.
