Publish

If you are familiar with `sphinx readthedocs <http://docs.readthedocs.io/en/latest/getting_started.html>`_ and `github <https://github.com>`_ you can propose the publication of a new data sets or phantoms on `TomoBank <https://github.com/tomography/tomobank>`_ :cite:`decarlo:01` by starting a new `pull request <https://github.com/tomography/tomobank/pulls>`_. 

If you are not familiar with these tools send an email to tomobank@anl.gov including data set description and experimental conditions using `this template <http://tomobank.readthedocs.io/en/latest/source/data/docs.data.insitu.html#fatigue-corrosion>`_ and a 
`pull request <https://github.com/tomography/tomobank/pulls>`_ will be opened for you.
