Magnetic¶
M4R1¶
The magnetic simulation dataset M4R1 consists of a micro-particle of two layers of Py (permalloy) with an intermediate layer acting as magnetic decoupling. The projections and the tomographic reconstruction can be computed using the method described in vector reconstruction algorithm

µ-square¶
The µ-square heterostructructure dataset consists of micro-particle of a 1 µm side square with 100nm/40nm/40nm thickness structure of Py/Al/Py respectively. The magnetization configurations changes across the sample as different slices are observed. The system supports stripe domains in the thick Py layer and mainly in-plane magnetization is present in the thin one. The decoupling is mediated by the non-magnetic Al spacer. The tomographic reconstruction can be performed using the vector reconstruction algorithm

nanodisc¶
Calculated tomograms from a micromagnetically simulated Permalloy (Fe20Ni80) nanodisc with diameter 290 nm and 40 nm thickness. The projections and the tomographic reconstruction can be computed using the method described in vector reconstruction algorithm
