HOW TO USE ZOOM
Hello! Because of the coronavirus/COVID-19 pandemic it is necessary to change how we meet.
I hope that this guide helps you to connect with me (or your other providers) on the Zoom app.
Zoom is an app that is supposed to help us communicate securely.
WHAT YOU ARE GOING TO NEED
YOUR PROVIDER’S
A ¨SMART¨ PHONE INTERNET SERVICE ZOOM MEETING ID NUMBER
Meeting ID

With a front-facing camera Such as Wi-Fi or a Cell Phone Plan with If you don’t have this,
(Like an iPhone or Android) Unlimited (or lots of) Data call your clinic to get it.
STEP 1: DOWNLOAD ZOOM
On the App Store
(iPhone) or Play
Store (Android), THE ICON WILL BE BLUE
search for Zoom. AND LOOK LIKE THIS:
STEP 2: LAUNCH ZOOM
After it is done installing, launch the app and THE “JOIN” BUTTON
select “Join”. WILL LOOK LIKE THIS:
STEP 3: JOIN OUR MEETING
Where it says “Meeting ID”, type in my Personal Meeting ID.
XXX-XX-XXXX
Where it says “Screen Name”, type in your Name. YOUR NAME
STEP 4: PATIENTLY WAIT
If you entered the correct Meeting ID, you will see a message
to “Please Wait, The Meeting Host Will Let You In Soon”

THAT’S IT! I (or your provider) will be with you, shortly! Your Provider’s Personal
