vfs_rootmountalloc
()
allocates a mount structure initialized from the
vfsconf type that matches
fstypename.
If successful, 0 is returned and mpp points
to the newly allocated mount structure.
ENODEV
is returned if
fstypename is NULL
or
invalid.
