pxtlate - Translate DNA alignment to amino acids.

pxtlate [OPTION]...

Translate DNA alignment to amino acids. NOTE: assumes sequences are in frame. This will take fasta, fastq, phylip, and nexus inputs.

input nucleotide sequence file, stdin otherwise
which translation table to use. currently available: 'std' (standard, default) 'vmt' (vertebrate mtDNA) 'ivmt' (invertebrate mtDNA) 'ymt' (yeast mtDNA)
output aa sequence file, stout otherwise
display this help and exit
display version and exit
