Contains general settings like paths, colors and fonts, but also
options to control the icewm focus behaviour and the applets which
are started in the task bar. The icewm installation will provide a
default preferences file, which can be copied to the icewm
user configuration directory and modified.

The locations are searched in the order listed; the first file
found is read and the remainder ignored.
