DESCRIPTION

Usage: pgen_compress [input .bed or .pgen] [output filename] {sample_ct}

(sample_ct is required when loading a .bed file)

pgen_compress -u [input .pgen] [output .bed]

pgen_compress [input .bed or .pgen] [output filename] {sample_ct}

(sample_ct is required when loading a .bed file)

pgen_compress -u [input .pgen] [output .bed]
