mia-meshdistance-to-stackmask - Evaluate the distance between a
binary shape given as reference and a mesh.
mia-meshdistance-to-stackmask -i <in-mesh> -r
<ref-mask> -o <out-mesh> [options]
mia-meshdistance-to-stackmask This program takes a binary
masks and a triangular mesh as input and evaluates the distance of the mesh
vertices to the binary maskand stores the result in a new mesh.
- -V --verbose=warning
- verbosity of output, print messages of given level and higher priorities.
Supported priorities starting at lowest level are:
trace ‐ Function call trace
debug ‐ Debug output
info ‐ Low level messages
message ‐ Normal messages
warning ‐ Warnings
fail ‐ Report test failures
error ‐ Report errors
fatal ‐ Report only fatal errors
